UDR-KL

For two decades General Hydraulics has been the sole hydraulic company supporting a number of the largest operators of UDR-KL drill rigs in Australia. Our knowledge of these rigs is second to none to the point we have also performed approved warranty repairs for the manufacture and safety upgrades.

The service we provide is not just to the hydraulic system, we also carry out full overhauls of rotation heads having all the special tooling required. Be it the Type C, 650, D15, 1600 or 2000, we have rebuilt them all and through our experience have found modifications to improve the reliability and life.

As with every item we service your rotation head will be fully function tested and run at full speed and temperature for at least an hour after rebuild. This means that when the head arrives on site "it won't"...

• Have oil pressure problems
• Leak oil
• Be noisy
• Jump out of gear
• Cook bearings
• Refuse to respond to speed control

General Hydraulics experience also extends to rod spinners, gear boxes and water pump repairs. Our machining and fabrication abilities have included the manufacture and repair of winches, mud mixers, trash pumps and transfer pumps.
